Newstudentsmayindicatetheirpreferenceforeitherasingleordoubleroom(twin-sharing),air-conditionedornon-air-conditionedroom.Assignmentstopreferredroomtypesaresubjecttoavailabilityfromtheroomssetasidefornewstudentsineachhall.Youwillbeassignedtoanotherroomtypeifyourpreferredroomtypeisunavailable.

第一步，基本介绍
国内学生和国际学生都可以在接受南洋理工大学录取之后可以在网上填写住宿申请表格。收到录取通知信息的学生之后会在录取通知寄件中也会收到一份纸质申请表。

所有在截至日前之前申报的新生，只要申报，一定确保头两个学年有随机安排的宿舍住。
参与下面项目的学生(CNYang学者项目，LKCM临床医学学士项目，大学学者项目)，学校确保住宿的提供：分配在新月楼和先锋楼。前提是你必须申请分配。
参与复兴工程项目的学生会分配在北山宿舍区。前提是你必须申请分配。
选择室友
你可以选择任何新生或老生，如果他/她是你的兄弟姊妹的话(同性)，作为你的室友。如果你的兄弟姊妹，你们会分在一间房里。同时你的未来室友也要在申请表上同意你作为他/她的室友。
新生可以申请单间或者双间，选择有空调的房间或没空调的房间。提供的宿舍都是每个宿舍楼之前学生空出来的，如果你申报的房间类型没有了，你会被安排其他类型的房间。
在你确认申请之前，请务必了解网站提供的所有信息。

第二步，确认申请
非退还申请费用为16.05美元含增值税会通过学生的电子住宿账号收取。申请提交时不会收取申请费用。
请在申请之前确认一下信息，你自己的录取编号，室友的全名和录取号。身份证或者护照编号，如果有的话，以便作为你的申请的参考号。
Step3-AssignmentResults
Youwillbesentanemailon18Jul17(after3pm),informingyouofyourhallassignmentandprovidingyouwithinstructionsonhowtoaccepttheofferofhousing.Specificroomsarenotpreassignedandwillonlybemadeknownwhenyoucollectyourkeys.
Ifyoudonotreceiveanemailby21Jul17,pleasereturntothispagetochecktheresultofyourapplication.Pleasealsosendanemailtohas-ug@ntu.edu.sg,identifyingyourselfasanNTUNewStudentandinformingusthatyouhavenotreceivedyourhallassignmentemail.Doincludeyourfullname,NRIC/Passportno.,Matriculationno.andyourapplicationreferenceno..Alternatively,pleasecontactanyoftheAdminOffices.
第三步，分配结果
你将在七月18号下午3点收到邮件，告知你宿舍分配结果以及一份接受宿舍安排的说明。特殊房间不会被提前预定，你只能在拿到钥匙的时候知道。
如果在七月17号之前没有收到邮件，请返回到申请结构界面。同时也请你向has-ug@ntu.edu.sg发送邮件，确认你自己南洋理工大学新生身份，并通知我们你没有收到宿舍分配邮件。邮件内容包括你的全名，身份证或护照号码，录取号码，还有申请参考号。或者直接联系管理办公室。
